Figures finally in for our first year anniversary (well actually it's 14 months) and utterly thrilled to announce we have smashed through our first year target by over 100% ! Thanks from everyone connected through chordoma for fundraiser efforts and initiatives which have included, amateur dramatic productions, classical music evenings, guitar festivals, marathons & 1/2 marathon runners. Cake sales, river boat racing, quiz evenings, endurance racing events and the latest - a sponsored cycle ride from London to Nice!
It matters not a jot whether our supporters raise £5 or £5,000 - every penny WILL make a difference - ask Prof Adrienne Flanagan.
Our Facebook connection pages will launch soon to bolster our Twitter presence and our web-site will see some enhancements. Much of this work is done by volunteers; so from all at Chordoma UK to all our supporters a heartfelt THANK YOU.

How your donation is spent
There is little funding available for research into this relentless bone cancer mainly because it is relatively rare, occurring in only 1 in 800,000 of the population. Without a focused approach to raising money for research into chordoma, little will change quickly.
