Chordoma UK receives a bequest of £10,000.00

Chordoma UK recently received news that it is to benefit from a generous bequest of £10,000.00 from the mother of one of our supporters. This wonderful act of generosity goes far to assist the projects we are supporting in particular the Chordoma 500 project being undertaken by Prof Adrienne Flanagan at UCL Cancer Institute.

However.... This £10,000.00 actually doubles to an amazing £20,000.00 due to the match funding incentive in place by another Chordoma UK supporter.

How your donation is spent

There is little funding available for research into this relentless bone cancer mainly because it is relatively rare, occurring in only 1 in 800,000 of the population. Without a focused approach to raising money for research into chordoma, little will change quickly.
